Welcome to Gymzone. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, facilities, memberships and training services. By visiting our website, joining as a member or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 16 years old to join; members under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian.

When you join, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact and payment details up to date.

2. Fees and Payments

Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless a different plan is agreed in writing. Prices are shown on our Membership page and may change with at least 30 days’ notice.

• Payments are collected automatically using your chosen payment method

• Late or failed payments may lead to temporary suspension of access

• Personal training packages must be used within their stated validity period

• All fees are shown inclusive of applicable taxes

3. Cancellations and Freezes

You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice. You may freeze your membership for up to three months per year for medical reasons or travel; a freeze request must be submitted before your next billing date.

Personal training sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

4. Health and Safety

Your safety matters to us. Before starting any program, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe exercise, or that you have consulted a doctor.

• Follow all instructions from Gymzone staff and trainers

• Use equipment only as intended and return it after use

• Report any injury, damage or unsafe condition immediately

• Wear suitable clothing and closed-toe training shoes at all times

5. Code of Conduct

We expect every member to respect the facility, the equipment and each other. Abusive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

6. Personal Belongings

Lockers are provided for your convenience during your visit. Gymzone is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left on the premises, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gymzone is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of our facilities or services, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to Gymzone or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
